Limited Liability Company Hotel "Vyatka", hereinafter referred to as the Company, was established in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, federal laws dated 08.02.1998 № 14-FZ "On Limited Liability Companies", dated 21.12.2001 № 178-FZ "On Privatization of State and Municipal Property" through the transformation of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise Hotel "Vyatka" based on the decision of the Kirov City Duma dated 28. 09.09.2016 № 50/11 "On giving consent to the reorganization of municipal unitary enterprises in the form of transformation into limited liability companies", the resolution of the Kirov City Administration dated 20.10.2016 № 3450-p "On the reorganization of the Municipal unitary enterprise Hotel "Vyatka" in the form of transformation into a limited liability company Hotel "Vyatka" and is the legal successor of the Municipal unitary enterprise Hotel "Vyatka".
